Sharpening is done on a machine specifically designed for sharpening ice auger blades, NOT by hand.
Blades that have been previously sharpened incorrectly without proper equipment (such as hand carbide sharpeners files etc.) may be damaged beyond repair and will need to be evaluated first before mailing out and service is performed.
